Meanwhile...
[Beneath a tree in one of the Dressing Room's many parks, a Rin lies, apparently sleeping. Perfectly normal, right? Well-- except for the fact she's in a hospital gown.
And those choking noises she's making as she struggles to breathe.]
F-- father?
And those choking noises she's making as she struggles to breathe.]
F-- father?
Ha ha
[looks confused]
Where would we be then?

The same people, even. A lot of them. A lot of you and mes...and apparently in other worlds we end up as siblings most often. Which is weird, but what about this place isn't??

[looks mildly shocked]
The idea of alternate worlds is, well, hard to believe! It sounds like something out of one of those pulp novels... But after seeing that magic... and, well...
[flushes again]
...if you say it is true... then I suppose it must be!

...Siblings?

[Len tugs lightly on Rin's hand in the direction of the still-open door. He's sure she'll want to walk around on her own two feet, at least until she gets tired.]
no subject
I... would like to meet them, I think. The 'other us' here.
[it would be weird, certainly, but who wouldn't be curious?
In the meantime, Rin happily once more steps down from the table, relishing in the feeling of standing upright.]
I would be happy to!

[Creepy versions of himself aside, Len is clearly excited to lead Rin to the door- only stopping when he remembers how he kicked the door in.
It looked fine, but he waved back to Gakupo all the same.]
Sorry about the door, Priest Gakupo! I think it's alright, though.
no subject
[Like he'd further delay something like this, odd as it may be. After all, the door was probably fine.
...He hoped.]
no subject
Thank you again, um, Priest Gakupo! I'll never forget this! Never ever!
no subject
And, chances are it wouldn't take them five minutes to pass more Kagamines' to prove what Len said was true.]
no subject
I... still can't believe this is real.

[He doesn't seem to have noticed that she means him being there as well. Silly boy.]
no subject
Oh! Yes, that's strange too...
no subject
[Oh! Oh. Que more blushing. Just.
Being here so long, nothing really seemed 'impossible' anymore. Len had learned to just accept things for his own sanity...and had always been hoping his Rin would show up too, so...he'd just been being happy about it as opposed to thinking of it as a 'miracle' as Rin had put it.]
...But I guess it really is...
no subject
[blushes a bit herself, though that fades somewhat as her face falls a little]
I really am sorry... Len. For not telling you about my... condition.
no subject
Rin. I understand, alright? Don't let it burden you.
There were a lot of bad things that happened to me that I didn't want to tell you about, either, so I know exactly how you felt.

You know Rin, he's really starting to wonder how your father knows about that.]But we've gotten a second chance, haven't we? There's no need to worry about it anymore.

For the best that we don't go too far down that road, hm?]We...

It really is amazing. Hearing your voice.
no subject
I think so, that's why he hasn't asked about it.Len laughs a bit.]I guess I did only yell at you a few times, huh?
no subject
Y-- yes. And it was from pretty far. I wish I could have shouted something back, but...
no subject
Hearing you now is miracle enough for me.
no subject
I feel the same way!
[she falls silent for a moment, thinking]
I-- really can't thank you enough, Len. Not just for today-- though that was amazing. Just... for everything.
