The Vocaloid Dressing Room

[ since arriving, Haku's been working at a shady little motel. The kind with nothing more than a vending machine and ice machine as services, and suspicious noises coming from the room next to you. Still, it only sets people back the cost of a round of drinks or so, and Haku's busy advertising, sticking up flyers on walls, lamp posts, the side of the tour bus—there are always new arrivals coming in, after all ]

[ occasionally, she shoves a flyer into someone's hands, or if she recognises them, down their shirts ]

[ Haku probably would've noticed the sudden shift in scenery, had her bike not suddenly slowed, spluttering and stalling beneath her ]

Jeez. Didn't we just fill her up? [ stretches her legs out, the soles of her shoes bumping against the dressing room floor, grinding the bike to a complete halt ] Sorry, Luka. It looks like we've got a problem. Everything alright back there?

Yup! All good. [ pauses, glancing around] I guess it's time to look for a gas station again. It doesn't look like it'd be too hard, in a place like this. [ hops off the bike ]

Right. That giant bus over there must've tanked up somewhere. [ points over at the tour bus, switching off the ignition and kicking out the stand ]
