The Vocaloid Dressing Room

[Early this morning, a truck pulled up in the center of the Dressing Room, pulling with it an enormous float. At that time, it may have been negligible. After all, with the Vocaloid population, stages would be in high demand. You may have walked by it.

Later, though, you will see the float again: now it is set up impressively with numerous flags of a cheery yellow color. They immediately catch the eye, but if you follow them down to the bottom of the stage, it appears to be covered in barbed wire so no one can climb onto it. It is highly suspicious, but still, the local Monars have flocked to it.

It begins to move. And the Monars march alongside it. A helicopter descends from the sky, carrying a small group of uniformed people to the float. Their apparent leader is a Miku in a yellow dress that matches the flags.

And she has a microphone.]

Hai, hai~! Listen up, please! This is the Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee, with an important message for everyone!

[And here comes some ominous electrorock. Oh boy. Looks like she's going to sing? Make a speech? Both at the same time?!
