Well... The type of science I do is robotics. I've built a robot of my own, but she's not complete - she doesn't have a "heart" yet.

To try and help understand why she didn't, and how we could make her one, I and a colleague worked together to create someone who was... sort of halfway between humans and robots. Made from a bit of both.

But when he was complete, I got impatient and awakened him too soon, and... there was an accident because of it. One of my assistants died.
