[Here's an odd sight.

A little blonde girl, can't be more than thirteen, running around after...

a bird?

A bird holding a big floppy blue hat, actually.

And she's chasing after it because it's her hat. And her silly little bird friend won't give it back.]

Wai! Hato! Hatooooo! Give it back! Hatooooo!

["Hato" lands in a tree, and Tori? Falls flat on her face.]

[Lucky for him, the tree isn't that high. So, switching to the other end of his cane, he reached up and managed to get hold of the hat from the inside, and pull it down. Don't mess with Tsubame, Hato. :|]
