Happy Halloween, VDR!

[You suddenly find yourself walking in the woods.
There's no one around,
And your phone is dead.
Out of the corner of your eye you spot him...
It's Slenderman.

Or, Nightmare temporarily turned into Slenderman for the upcoming holiday. Either way, you're stuck here until you find all eight pages hidden in the woods. Whatever weapons you may normally carry are mysteriously missing and all you've got is a flashlight. But since this game is multiplayer for a change, you may ask others for help in finding the pages; or even combine your over all number of pages!

But will you really be sent home if you find all the pages before the faceless fiend finds you?
Who knows...

[There's no Nightmare today silly, just Slenderman! Fortunately for you, however, the less you look back the farther away he gets. The music seems to be calming down as well--but you better be careful once you start finding pages.]

[As he walks on his way, he notices a tree with a paper? When he approaches, the paper shows rough drawing of a person with trees around him, and a single word of 'follows' is written there.]

I wonder what it could be?

[Whatever it is, it seems to have brought the creepy music back. I would recommend running!]

[Well he's about to be a lot more familiar with it as the music suddenly becomes more and more static filled until there's nothing but white noise; White's vision being encroached upon by the same ominous static as the creature is nearly upon Blazer--]

{--When a familiar gloved hand suddenly reaches out of a shadow an yanks the magician into a completely different part of the forest devoid of Slendermen via shadow travel. They appear to be in a tree.}

I believe the objective is to avoid the creature, White.

{The Prince seems quite comfortable in the shadows, not even using his flashlight.}

[White did hear a noise and his vision is in static. He wants to turn around to see what it is.

Until he was taken to other place all of sudden under the prince's arms.]

Do not blame me for not knowing the creature's game.

I'm not blaming you for that, I just thought you'd know better to loiter around the creature that nearly killed you before.

{Yeah, Black can tell it's Nightmare as well- the magical energy is unmistakeable, really. The peculiar bit is that they seem to be trapped in the nightmare relm while completely awake, along with many other Dressing Room residents. Very odd.}

[Probably. He does believe Halloween won't cause death. If he was mistaken, he would have troll Nightmare in return.]

He actually doesn't seem to be killing anyone, just transporting them to the Land of Nightmares. Though, that could honestly be worse than killing them.

{Especially if they're human. That much mental torment could drive a person insane.}

But yes, I do believe this is something he's doing for the holiday. It seems as if the Dressing Room granted him extra power for this.

[Pressing the bridge of his nose and sighs. Don't tell him something that gives advantage for Nightmare.]

Ah... Lucky day for him, and we're entirely in his world. Did you figured how to get away from this place?

I believe so. It appears to be some sort of game, which is good. It means he's following the rules of the game and that there's a way to win.

The object of the game seems to be to collect pages of notebook paper tacked to landmarks, and to collect them all before whatever monster Nightmare has transformed himself into catches up to you.

I'm not entirely certain how many pages there are, but there are only so many landmarks so there can't be too many. Everything else is forest and chain link fences.

{Just like Black, he's there an hour and he already figured everything out.}

[The paper... Hey. He did find a paper on the huge tree.]

I do believe 'landmarks' are the odd things that we haven't seen in this dark forest before. The huge tree on the middle of nowhere for example. There's where the paper will be placed. Therefore...

[Looking around with caution.]

He will be nearby any moment now, and we should move.

{Black nods, and without asking for permission scoops White up bridal style-- casually stepping into another shadow and at the same time a different tree in the forest.}

I know. {Looking a bit pink in the cheeks himself, actually.}
