What's Better than Free Food?

In an effort to branch out and appeal to more of the Dressing Room's residents, the bakery Rin works at has begun making mochi. Their special promotion for the summer? Mochi filled with ice cream. There are the expected standard flavors like vanilla, chocolate, and green tea but one can also find things geared towards the residents' special items (Rin can't imagine leek ice cream tasting very good, but who is she to judge?) and experimental flavors for the more adventurous.

Care to have one? For today only they are free to all customers, simply ask the familiar looking Rin behind the counter. Just remember that there's a limit of 5 each. The staff can't handle another rush like they did on Valentine's Day.


((Feel free to mingle/threadjack/whatnot, I just thought this might be fun. Experimental flavors can be anything you want- taro, durian, buttered popcorn... well, I think you get the idea.))

{Len had already been planning to stop by on his way home, though he definitely hadn't expected there to be free food when he got there. And cold free food at that.

It was a welcome surprise after walking about in the summer sun carrying a bag of...dog food??}

[It's always nice to receive a visit from Len. She smiles wide to him, smoothing down the apron of her uniform.]

A Kaito suggested it. Not much of a surprise, honestly, a fondness for ice cream seems to be a common trait.

[Good lord you're slightly frightening. Rin's eyes grow wide and she leans back to try and get some of that personal space back.]

It... changes from day to day. Green tea and vanilla are the most consistent, I suppose.

[ She straightens up somewhat, yellow eyes glancing at the various flavors. At least it was true that the tubs of vanilla and green tea were less full than the rest. ] Such plain, smooth flavors. ...And your personal favorite, child?

[Well that's a little better. She has quite a sweet tooth, so picking a favorite flavor is difficult. After a moment of thought she will settle on one.]

Taro. I'd not had it before I began working here. Tastes like cookies and cream.

A sweet flavor for who I believe is a sweet girl. [ she moves towards the counter, the playful smile turning into a sympathetic, but painfully fabricated, frown. ] Although I have nothing to give in return for a small taste.

[Rin's worn enough false faces to know one when she sees it. However she gets the impression it might be best to play along.]

Ah, well today we're giving some for free. Up to five.
