You're a Kaito, yeah? Look about the same; build, face, hair...though most tend to prefer long coats rather than baring themselves to the elements as you're doing. Suppose it must be much more comfortable now that the weather's getting hotter, so, points for you on common sense there.

...Unless you just like to romp about in your skin, which, ah...you know what? Points for you there regardless. Doing your own thing, you know. That's good. Individuality and all that. Can't imagine we'll have much trouble telling you apart from everyone else.

Not much of a talker, I gather. It's probably a mite difficult with that tape over your mouth. Why would you do that in the first place? I can't imagine it being very difficult to stay quiet on your own, unless someone else put it on you. In which case it would be very easy to just take it off yourself, wouldn't it? Or, or are you obligated to keep it on because of some...rule, or deal you've made? Can't imagine what sort of deal that would be, but there are all kinds in the world, I suppose.

How do you manage to communicate, though? Language is a very important part of society after all. Only so much you can do with charades like that.
