Actually, I prefer not bringing down buildings. I usually have to be in them to do it.

That still involves standing closer to a falling building than I'd like. Also, the side damaged is the side that will fall and most likely serve as a pivot for the rest of the structure, following path of least resistance.

In other words, it would land on me.

I can still shift the rubble afterwards, however.
