It's time for a happy, laid back summer party tonight in the dressing room- minus the mosquitoes, of course! There are rows of tables laid out with hot dogs, hamburgers, all sorts of toppings, chips, dips, fruits, veggies, pies, cakes, cookies, and of course ice cream (that never seems to melt in the container, for some reason).
Strewn about the place are some picnic tables as well as blankets on the ground for plenty of seating. The entire scene is lit up with the soft glow of paper lanterns in a familiar color scheme of greens, blues, reds, yellow, purple. At the edges of the party there's a faint flickering of fireflies, fun for catching if you can find a jar.
Stay late enough and there will be fireworks, some making the shapes of their character items in the sky.
[I thought it'd be fun to have a good old-fashioned mingle post. You know the drill, feel free to tag around and add your own events/food/whatever.]
