Lollipop, Lollipop, Oh Lolli Lolli Lolli~

[It's a rainy morning in the dressing room today, which would likely put a damper on several people's days...if it weren't raining candy. That's right, falling down from a sunny sky in a trail of sparkles is candy and confections of all shapes and sizes. There are cupcakes, lollipops with little faces on them, chocolates, cakes, taffy, and even a few unseasonal candy canes; all of it magically avoiding falling upon the buildings and houses.
And who, may you ask, is behind this brightly colored magical weather pattern? Well, it all seems to be coming from the newest factory in town; extremely more benevolent than the music factory that had appeared a while ago. It's practically a complete opposite, in fact.
Decorated in bright colors and cutesy shapes, puffing out sparkles instead of smoke or fire, the Sweet Lollipop Factory now stands in the middle of town. And just outside the factory, sitting upon a giant peppermint, a little Luka in glasses and a bow oversees the glittering candy rain while sipping tea. She's much younger than the usual Luka, clearly around 14; awfully young to be working at a factory, but she seems to know what she's doing.
Oh, by the way...you may find yourself inexplicably happy or giggly once you eat something, or perhaps even feel warm and content within your heart. These treats are literally made with love.]
((OOC: This intro can also be used as a mingle post since the candy rain is across the entire city, so feel free to threadjump.))
