Somehow, everyone in the DR has found themselves with a bottle of booze. Maybe they accidentally picked it up at the store, in place of that six pint of milk they went out for, or maybe they ran across a Meiko with plenty to spare. Maybe it just appeared in their hands. Either way, they're now one bottle of booze richer, and they can do with it as they please.
